Lyn is a natural/environmental scientist (MSc., UCT) and has worked on environmental management projects in many African countries. She is now focused on editing of theses, publications, and scientific reports mainly in the environmental science, sustainability, and related fields. She enjoys the fact that the work keeps her up-to-date with developments in the field, and hopefully contributes to environmental change on the ground! In carrying out editing tasks, her focus is on ensuring language accuracy, readability, clarity, and appropriate tone—and she finds it particularly rewarding assisting second language English writers.
